Your data, simply.
We collect only what's needed to run ProductSim. No selling, no tracking, no surprises.
When you install ProductSim via GitHub, we receive and store:
- Your GitHub username, display name, and avatar URL
- Your primary verified email address (from GitHub)
- GitHub OAuth access token (to read your installations and repositories)
- GitHub App installation IDs and associated repository counts
- Pull request metadata: repo name, PR number, branch ref, commit SHA, preview URL, and deployment status
- A session token stored in a secure, HTTP-only cookie to keep you signed in
We do not collect your repository source code, commit contents, or any data beyond what is described above.
- To authenticate you and display your dashboard
- To identify which pull requests to test on your preview deployments
- To deliver AI simulation results back to the correct repository and user
- To send transactional emails (e.g. billing receipts) when applicable
We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell or share it with third parties except as described in the section below.
- GitHub — authentication and webhook delivery. Governed by GitHub's own privacy policy.
- Cloudflare — infrastructure provider hosting all data. Data is processed within Cloudflare's Durable Objects platform.
- Payment processor — if you add a payment method, billing data is handled by our payment partner and is never stored on our servers.
Your account data is retained for as long as you have ProductSim installed. When you uninstall the GitHub App, your installation and pull request records are removed automatically. You may request deletion of your account data at any time by contacting us.
We use a single session cookie (ps_session) to keep you signed in. It is HTTP-only, Secure, and SameSite=Lax. No analytics or advertising cookies are used.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. To do so, contact us at the address below. We will respond within 30 days.
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the effective date below. Continued use of ProductSim after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
